Lead times vary depending on machine type, configuration, and current production schedule. Standard configurations are typically available within 8–16 weeks. Custom or high-demand models may require additional time. Your sales manager will provide an accurate timeline with your quotation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver equipment worldwide and handle full logistics coordination including sea freight, customs documentation, and delivery to your facility. Shipping timelines and costs depend on destination and equipment size.
Installation & Training
Do you provide installation at my facility?
Yes. Factory-trained technicians travel to your location to install and commission the equipment. This includes:

- Test cutting with your materials to verify performance
Is operator training included?
Every machine purchase includes comprehensive operator training covering:
