Installation & Commissioning

Every SBMachines system is installed and commissioned by factory-trained technicians at your facility. The process covers:

  • Complete mechanical installation
  • Electrical and pneumatic connections
  • Laser alignment and calibration
  • Verification test cuts using your actual production materials

We don’t consider installation complete until the machine meets its performance specifications on your shop floor. Our technicians also work with your team during this phase to optimize cutting parameters for your specific materials and part geometries.

Operator & Maintenance Training

Comprehensive training is included with every equipment purchase. Our programs are designed to get your operators productive quickly and confidently.

Operator training covers day-to-day machine operation, software and control panel navigation, material loading and program execution, cutting quality assessment, and safety procedures. Most operators become productive within the first week.

Maintenance training provides your technical staff with the knowledge to perform routine upkeep — including daily cleaning routines, lens and nozzle inspection, system health checks, and basic troubleshooting. This reduces dependence on external service calls and keeps your uptime high.

Advanced training is available for teams that want deeper expertise in programming, process optimization, or in-house maintenance of more complex systems.

Technical Support

Our technical support team is available through multiple channels to ensure fast, effective assistance whenever you need it.

Remote support includes phone and email assistance, WhatsApp messaging for quick questions, screen-sharing and remote diagnostics for software issues, and video calls for visual troubleshooting guidance. Most operational questions are resolved remotely within the same business day.

On-site field service is available when remote support is not sufficient. Experienced technicians can be dispatched for complex diagnostics, component replacement, major repairs, system upgrades, and annual inspections. Field service is coordinated through our regional offices and service partners.

Response times are based on issue severity — production-critical situations are prioritized with rapid response, while non-urgent requests are handled within standard business timelines.

Spare Parts & Consumables

Minimizing downtime means having the right parts available when you need them. SBMachines maintains a comprehensive spare parts inventory covering:
