SBMachines is exhibiting at EuroBLECH 2026 in Hannover, 20–23 October, Hall 15, booth C06. We are bringing a complete SU3E coil-fed laser line — uncoiler, leveller, laser cutting and robotic sorting, working as one line. The machine is already in Germany.
What is on the stand
Not a panel with photographs: the line itself, in the configuration most manufacturers start from.
- Single cutting head, 3 kW fiber laser
- Coil width up to 1,250 mm, material thickness 0.6–1.5 mm
- Cutting table 1,250 × 3,000 mm
- Automatic uncoiling and levelling
- 6-axis robotic sorting and stacking of finished blanks
Full specification on the SU3E series page.
Why it is worth seeing in person
A coil line is judged on things a datasheet does not show: how the strip behaves after levelling, how the scrap skeleton leaves the machine, how quickly the robot clears the blanks, how much floor space the whole thing really needs. Fifteen minutes next to a running line answers more than a week of comparing tables.
The commercial case is simple enough to state and harder to believe without seeing it: nesting runs along a continuous strip instead of restarting at every sheet edge, there is no die to buy for a new contour, and one or two operators cover the whole line. For suitable parts that is where the material saving comes from.
Bring your parts
We keep time on the stand for technical conversations rather than brochure handovers. Bring drawings — DXF, DWG, PDF or STEP — with the material, thickness and annual quantities, and we will go through material utilisation, realistic output and the line configuration that fits. It costs nothing and you leave with numbers for your own parts.
If your schedule in Hannover is already tight, book a slot in advance: arrange a meeting at the show. Cannot travel? Send the drawings anyway — the same free parts analysis runs without you being there.
