01 / WHY NOW

Presses and sheet lasers today.
Coil-fed laser blanking next.

The same customers you already serve. Their next investment.

01

A technology most plants do not have yet.

Coil-fed laser blanking cuts finished blanks straight from coil. It replaces the blanking die and removes sheet loading. Most plants in your region still stamp or cut from sheets.

02

It sells on numbers.

Material is the largest cost of a blank. Nesting along a continuous strip uses more of it, and there are no dies to buy, store or change. The business case is a calculation.

03

It fits what you already sell.

Presses, press brakes, sheet lasers, coil processing lines: the buyers are the same production and technical managers you talk to today.

For each project we review the customer's parts and prepare the material and output estimate, so the offer rests on their own drawings.

What matters is the layout of your actual parts — including quantities, edge margins and cutting gaps.

02 / HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS

A regional partner.
Not just a reseller.

01

You know the customers and the region.

02

We prepare the parts analysis, line configuration and quotation.

03

Installation, commissioning and service scope is agreed per project.

Territory, commercial terms and service responsibilities are discussed individually with each partner. An SU3E line is in stock in Germany.

03 / THE RANGE

Four series.
One coil-fed platform.

From an entry-level line to multi-head blanking: one platform to cover your customers.

SEE THE MACHINE IN GERMANY

An SU3E coil-fed line is already in Germany.

A complete line — uncoiler, leveller, laser cutting and robotic sorting. We are showing it at EuroBLECH in Hannover, so you can judge the machine in person instead of from a datasheet.

  • Single cutting head
  • 3 kW fiber laser
  • Coil width up to 1,250 mm
  • Material 0.6–1.5 mm
  • Cutting table 1,250 × 3,000 mm
  • 6-axis robotic sorting

BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

Your region.
Your questions.

You do not need coil-line experience to start the conversation.

Who are you looking for?

Companies that sell and service metalworking machinery: presses, sheet lasers, press brakes, coil processing lines. An established customer base in sheet metal and a service team in the region matter most.

What are the commercial terms?

Territory, pricing and the commercial model are discussed individually. Tell us about your company and region, and we will come back with a proposal.

Who installs and services the lines?

The scope is agreed per project and per partner: installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales service.

Do we need experience with coil-fed lines?

No. Knowing sheet metal customers matters more. For each project we review the parts and prepare the line configuration and quotation with you.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. Leave your details in the form and we will arrange a call or a meeting.

BECOME A PARTNER

Tell us what you sell.
And where.

We will come back to you with a partnership proposal for your region.

  1. 01
Your company and regionWhat you sell and service today.
  2. 02
A conversation with our teamCustomers, applications and the lines that fit them.
  3. 03
An individual proposalTerritory, commercial terms and service scope.
