SU4 is the multi-head line: several cutting heads work on the same strip, with optional part sorting. Strip 300–2,150 mm, thickness 0.6–20 mm, laser 3–30 kW.

How SU4 differs from the neighbouring series
Compared with SU3Pro, SU4 is built around several cutting heads on one strip and offers optional part sorting; laser power is 3–30 kW.
When to choose SU4
- You want several cutting heads on one strip to raise output. The reference configuration has 4 cutting and 2 marking heads.
- You need part sorting after cutting (optional).
- Your parts are long: the reference configurations have cutting zones of 2,000 × 9,200 and 2,000 × 10,400 mm.
SU4: questions and answers
How many cutting heads does the SU4 have?
One head on one gantry as standard; up to 8 gantries are optional. The reference configuration has 4 cutting and 2 marking heads with 4 × 6 kW lasers.
How many parts does the SU4 cut per shift?
A simulation for a steel door-beam blank (1.6 mm, strip 900 mm, 4 × 6 kW) gives 40 parts per 320 s, or 3,600 parts per 8 h. Real output depends on the part, the material and the nesting.
How much floor space does an SU4 line need?
The preliminary layouts of the reference configuration measure 46 × 9.1 m and 46 × 11.6 m.
Operators, coil change time, unattended running, installation time, warranty and certification are the same for all four series, as are the standard equipment and the options. See the series comparison.
